I am looking for an eat it all cones metal dispenser #104 as per the cone box requirements. Is this it?

This dispenser holds all sizes of cone boxes up to 6" x 6". This also includes interchangeable baffle plates and collar adapters to ensure compatiblity with all cone boxes. Thank you.
