Description

Ultra-Max™ radiant gas char-broilers are designed to work in the busiest kitchens and provide years of maintenance free service. The heavy-duty steel radiants deliver more heat that cast iron radiants and will not crack or bend. The 20,000 BTU tubular burners provide more heat and cook faster than other char-broilers. The grates are reversible with a thin side for steaks and a thick side for more delicate items like fish. The large stainless steel water pan makes clean-up easy. The stainless steel front has a cool-to-the touch bull nose that provides operator protection.
