Question:
I have a 1978 Oasis water cooler. All that it needs is a new rubber ring in the water spigot. The spigot I have screws off and is a female threaded inside about an inch. Any ideas? or would your model screw on fine? I cannot tell if it is female from the photo
Answer:
Hi. Sorry, I can't determine what kind of part you'd need for an older cooler, without a model #. For a small part like a rubber gasket, you can try the ones at your local hardware store and bring your spigot with you. This one appears to be female, with the hex nut at the right. Thanks!

Question:
We need 1/2" cambro spout kits. The diameter is not in the specs. We found other ones through another source, but they are 3/4 and too large. Both sizes fit 6 gallon cambros, so unnecessarily confusing on their part. What size is this one please?

Hi. If you had the model # of your Cambro container, it would be easier to see if this is listed as one of its parts. This replacement white faucet fits 6 gallon Beverage Dispenser model DSPR6, and the hole is 5/8". Thanks!
