This 3/16" cut size shredding plate works with the Piper Equipment GVC600 vegetable cutter (ITEM # 245840). The shredding plates are only recommended for hard cheeses like Parmesan and Romano. This plate can also be used with discontinued Globe models GFP700 and GFP750.
