Included in this kit are two steel-core, weight-bearing traverses and several vented shelf plates which combine to form a single shelf. The shelf plates and the outer shell of the traverses are made of smooth, rustproof polypropylene that can be cleaned simply by wiping it off, and Camguard™ antimicrobial protection is built right into the shelf plates to extend your food's shelf life even longer. Perishable products will also benefit from the airflow that vented shelves provide.
