Pitco® Electric Donut Fryer with 150 Lb. Oil Capacity
This Pitco® electric donut fryer has a temperature limit that will shut off power to the heating elements is the temperature exceeds the upper limit. This fryer also has a mechanism to tie-in with a fire protection system. Both these features provide a safe way to prepare your favorite donuts.
