Wonderful, much faster than using old fashioned squeeze sifter...more versatile as well. Multiiple sized makes it much neater for optional bowl or pans sizes when straining and sifting. Have to get completely dry, smallest amount of moisture can cause rusting esp. in Oregon's damp climate.
