Description

This steamer has a generator that is capable of holding steaming temperature allowing for instant start‐up. The cooking cavity is fully insulated for efficiency and has a coved corner design for easy cleaning. Even though the interior is producing high temperature steam, the outside stays cool‐to‐the‐touch.

Cold water condenser for each compartment maintains a dry steam
Fully insulated cooking compartment with removable stainless steel slide racks
"Cool to the Touch" compartment door and free floating inner door with reversible door gasket provides for air tight seal
Stainless steel Slam/Latch door latch mechanism
Compartment doors hinged left, controls on the right
Electric steam generator provides automatic water fill on start up
Automatic generator drain has a "Water Jet" spray rinse cleaning cycle to keep drain clear
Automatic water level control system with low water power cut‐off circuit
Steam generator equipped with high limit pressure safety switch, 15 psi safety valve, and steam generator pressure gauge
60 Hz, 3 phase
NSF Certified 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for a one inch level adjustment
All controls serviceable from the front
