This Top Notch® universal food pan lid from Carlisle® is notched and includes a handle for convenience. It fits most half size food pans and is made from durable polycarbonate material. Is this Carlisle Foodservice Universal Clear 1/2 Size Hand. / Notched FP Lid approved for steam trays?

Answer:

Hi. This Carlisle Foodservice Universal Clear 1/2 Size Hand. / Notched FP Lid is for food storage, but it can withstand temperatures of ‑40°F to 212°F. For higher temperatures, you'll need the amber version (item #6016855). Duradex pans excel in high temperature applications (-40 degrees F to 375 degrees F) and are BPA free. Thanks!
