Pitco® S/S 210,000 BTU Fish Fryer with Mechanical Thermostat
Great fryer to have in high volume restaurants. It will produce about 150 pounds of fried chicken or fish in about one hour. It uses a food grid instead of baskets to ensure the batter stays on the food and has a cool zone for better frying. The smooth finish welded tank is easy to clean.
