Star® Mfg. Star-Max® 15" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Control

This Star® Star-Max® 15" wide gas griddles has a heavy-duty, welded stainless steel construction. The manual controls with a standing pilot allow you to control the cooking temperature. This griddle is available in 15", 24", 36", and 48" widths to suit your space requirements. This griddle has 20,0000 BTU burners every 12" for even heat distribution. This griddle has a 4-1/2 qt stainless steel grease drawer and 4" adjustable legs. This unit is shipped natural gas with a field conversion kit.
