Excellent quality cleaver. Very heavy blade and solid construction throughout. Chopping an extra large raw sweet potato posed no challenge to this knife.

We love the cleaver, primarily for chopping through chicken bones. One decent whack with the cleaver and move on to the next piece. We use it at least once a week and could not be happier with its performance. It is a great compliment to our other Henckels knives.
