What is the range of adjustability for this cutter? Narrowest to widest.
Answer:
When this cutter is closed completely, it is 2-1/2" wide and opens to 24-1/8". The wheel diameter is 2-1/2". Thank you.

Hi. The wobble of the wheels happens in these types of dough wheels. You can try adjusting the screws/nuts. If the wobbling is too severe, you might have a bad unit.
