Cres Cor® Insulated Pass-Thru Stainless Steel Holding Cabinet


Cres Cor® pass-thru holding cabinets are fully insulated to keep foods hot. The pass-thru design allows access from both sides. The 2000 watt heating systems allows food temperatures up to 200° in the cabinet. These cabinets feature an easy to read thermometer, stainless steel exterior, a insulated dutch doors. The self contained power unit allows the cabinet to be hosed out during cleaning. The anti-microbial easy open latches protect against the spreading of germs and keep the door shut during transport.
