Question:
What labels come with the dispenser?
Answer:
The only label that comes with this product is the ice tea label shown in the picture. You do not have to apply it if you want.

Question:
how does the tea stay cold? is there an ice reservoir in the base?
Answer:
You can not place ice in the base. You can place ice in the top with the tea, but it will water it down. Thank you.

I am in need of the small rubber gasket that goes behind the faucet. Where can I get just the gasket? Thanks.
Answer:
Hi. We only sell the whole faucet. You can probably find the gasket at a local hardware store. Bring in your whole dispenser so that they can find the one that fits best.
