Is this machine 220 volt and has it got diamond wheels and can I sharpen ceramic blades with it. Best regards J.J.Jansen JJs Engineering and electrical
Answer:
Hi. The Model 110 incorporates 100% diamond abrasives in all three sharpening stages to create the unique Trizor® edge. This would not work with ceramic blades, but the Edgeselect 120 would (http://www.chefschoice.com/page2a.html#120). These are both 120 volt machines, and you'll have to contact a food dealer in Hong Kong to for a 220 volt model. Thanks! |
