i have a edlund 395 how do you remove the plastic knife guide to replace a new grinding wheel? and wnen do you know when to replace the grinding wheel?
Answer:
Basically the grinding wheel should be replaced when it starts to leave burrs on the knife or you feel that it isn't performing as well as it did when it started. The knife guide should lift out. There may be some clips on the back side of the sharpener that detacheds it. |
