Question:
Just wondering if this carafe is, in fact, glass instead of plastic. There is a decanter with an orange handle that looks just like this one and the description indicates that it's glass. I need a glass one, would like stainless steel bottom on it, but want black handle. I'm thinking the description is wrong, since it seems to say it's both glass and plastic. Could someone please check and see if this is glass? Thank you.

Hello, we would recommend washing out the pot with hot, soapy water after each use and not allowing it to remain sitting on the hot burner for too long, as this can stain the pot.
