Hi. This will work with the Edhard base P-4010 , item #211762. It works by electricity. The filler spouts are standard size of 7/16" and yes, this can fill cream puffs and eclairs.

How many amps does the machine have and does it the have the capabilities to fill cannolis? how do you program the machine to know when the fill capacity has been reached?

Hi. This is just the fill hopper for the power base unit. Filler Units lift on and off Power Bases - they fit P, PS, and PV Series bases, like item #211762 (120 volts). There is a digital keypad and the amount of product to be dispensed can be preset at the digital keypad . It can be used to fill all sorts of pastries. The standard spouts have these dimensions: Diameter: 7/16", Length: 3-1/2". Thanks! |
