Please tell me how these induction units work- how they get to temperature-how long they maintain temperature- and if this is a viable alternative to both sterno and Electric plug-in Chafers. Thank you- B

Answer:

Hi. These induction chafers are magnetic and can work with induction ranges. It's a good alternative as a non-flame option. You can also use it with a traditional fuel can. They maintain temperature as long as there is a heat source there to keep it warm.
