QUESTION
Is this safe to use with a Hobart hot temp commercial dishwasher?

ANSWER
This is better used with under the counter dishwasher but can be used with the hot temperature dishwashers. Thank you.

QUESTION
does this contain phosphate?

ANSWER
The 85oz box of Cascade (the big one shown in the white box with the green stripe down the left hand side) DOES contain Phosphate. The 20oz. box does not. The 20 oz. and the 85oz. boxes have different formulas. The 20oz. box sold online here does NOT contain phosphate. Hey, Wasserstrom, why not carry the "good stuff" that EVERYONE is looking for?
