Near zero condensation. Only slight amount like a superfine mist around sides but not on bottom, with no dripping, even in hot humid weather. Better than expected.
Held ice well without a lid in 95+ degree weather.
Manufacturer claims no questions asked lifetime guarantee.
Well worth the price considering the above.

Answer:
Yes and yes. Although some think the plastic leeches into your food and would not recommend heating.
