Question:
I have a blakeslee f30t with a faceplate voltage listed as 208v. I am on a 120/240v network. Can I safely operate this machine at either 120 or 240 volts. Also, I would like to purchase a dough hook for the 20 qt bowl the mixer came with.

Hi. Both B-20 and F-30 use the H dough hooks, so this might work with your 20 qt bowl. Please take a look at the attachment hole on this hook to see if it is like your other attachments. 208v can be used on 120v/240v, but I would recommend you check with your electrician to check the amperes too.
