This 10" fry pan features heavy gauge aluminum construction and a PowerCoat2 dual-layer, ceramic-reinforced non-stick coating that is 250% more durable than before. It also has a TriVent silicone handle that is rated up to 450°F, with a special vented design that prevents heat transfer from the pan to the handle and an ergonomic shape that reduces user stress and fatigue.
