Star® Mfg Ultra-Max® 48" Wide Gas Hot Plate
Ultra-Max® gas hot plates are perfect for restaurants or hotels. These hot plates have heavy duty cast iron grates that will stand up to years of use even in the busiest kitchens. You get maximum performance and control with the 30,000 BTU 2-piece burners that will not clog. The front control panel remains cool-to-the-touch during use and the bull nose front provides protection. Each hot plate has a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning. These hot plates are available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 burner styles and can accommodate a variety of pan sizes.
