The Globe Food Equipment 3975P 9-speed automatic slicer has a powerful 1/2 motor that gives you the power you need to slice cheese or meat easily and evenly. The stainless steel construction is easy to clean and this slicer has built in antimicrobial protection. This slicer has the ability to adjust slice thickness from paper thin up to 1-1/4" and operates with 2 speeds. It operates in automatic or manual mode has a built in knife sharpening system.
