This Ex-Cell Lock Kit is for use with their Smokers' Oasis™ Cigarette Receptacles. It includes a 48" plastic coated steel aircraft cable, and a padlock with key. It also comes with an in-ground anchor with a washer to secure the unit through the bottom.
