The Cres Cor® AquaTemp™ Roast-N-Hold™ gentle convection oven with universal angles roasts, cooks, bakes and re-heats with precise temperatures. Features include presetting automatic controls, 12 Sets of adjustable angle pan slides, holds multiple pan sizes, field reversible insulated dutch oven doors, and an energy management logic system. The non-venting oven provides inexpensive installation.
