Browne Foodservice S/S 8-Cup Rotary Flour Sifter

I use the product for sifting and dry mixing. The interior sifting roters are not always in contact with the screen mesh, so a smooth sift is difficult to achieve. Flour and dry ingredients cling to the sides of the item, needing to be moved manually from the sides.
