terribly inefficient product. sifter bars inside cylinder dont hit their mark, bad engineering or something, sifter doesnt work. huge dissapointment.

i had looked for this type of rotary sifter for a long time, finally found it on wasserstrom site, had to ship to my sister then she shipped it here to me in spain, it was either a one off item that was put together poorly or the actual design is off, but the sifter did not work. i had to get rid of it at the flea market. i spent almost 30 USD to get it, then could not even use it. :( certainly do not recommend this sifter. use a strainer instead, it works perfectly. ps i bake cakes for a living so i am not a casual baker and know my items well.
