Comark Foodpro Plus Infrared Thermometer w/ Contact Probe

For maintaining the highest food safety standards, pick up this FoodPro Plus dual-mode food safety thermometer. It has both an infrared sensor for quick non-contact surface readings, as well as a built-in fold-out probe for internal food temperature checking. The backlit display not only indicates current and max temperature, but also has a countdown timer for monitoring cooking, cooling and HACCP exposure times.

Infrared Specifications:

Temperature Range: -30°F to 525°F
Accuracy (Assumes ambient temperature of 73°F ±4°F):
Below 32°F = ±2°F
Between 32°F and 150° = 2°F ±0.1°F
Above 150°F = ±1.5% of reading
Response Time: <500 ms after initial reading

Contact Probe Specifications:

Temperature Range: -40°F to 392°F
Accuracy (Assumes ambient temperature of 73°F ±4°F):
Below 23°F = ±2°F
Between 23°F and 150° = 1°F
Above 150°F = ±1% of reading
Response Time: 7-8 seconds (3 time constants)

how do i change to ceicium to fareingeith.I lost my manual.Thank yuo very much.

Answer:

Unplug the battery then kook it back up pushing set and it should change to F*

Question:

I have comark infrared thermometer with probe.the probe option stopped displaying on the screen but the infrared still works.How can i fix this issue.please advise.I purchased from wasserstrom.

Answer:

Hi. Push the select button until the probe shows on the screen. Push the on button, probe will now be flashing /looking for temperature. Temperature reading happens at the very tip of the probe. Thanks!
