Works quickly and easily however after folding probe several hundred times it does become weak and act erratic.

Question:
how do i change between two tempature?
Answer:
You can press the Scan(infrared) button that will directly enter the non contact infrared thermometer function. Pressing the Scan(probe) button, it will directly enter the Contact thermometer function. The manual has been added to the literature button if you have further questions. Thank you.

how do you fix Er 9 on the cooper duel temp 480?
Answer:
You may need to reset the thermometer. To reset the 480 turn the instrument off, remove the battery and wait for a minimum of one minute, reinsert the battery and turn on. If the error message remains, please contact the Service Department, at Cooper Atkinds, for further assistance. Thank you.
