True® prep tables have all the features you need in a salad or sandwich prep table. A stainless steel top provides an easy to clean work space, Ecomate insulation keeps ingredients cold and fresh, and NSF approved polycarbonate insert pans are included. Doors swing open to 90° and have a self closing feature and recessed handles.
