    Three questions.
    What material is the serving board made of;
    My two concerns are:
    1. Will the material interact with the pizza flavor?
    2. Will the heat from the hot pizza reach the table top.

      A:

      The material is called Polylite..it is a wood fiber laminate....the flavor of the pizza will not be affected by this material...the does not transfer to the pizza board..the pizza will stay hot but the board will remain room temperature
