Of what is the "special non-stick coating" composed? What is the fabric -- 100% cotton, I believe? What is the source of the fabric -- USA, China?
Answer:
Hi. This pastry cloth is made in the USA. It's a canvas cloth that is coated with a special release agent that helps to prevent doughs from sticking and is also grease and moisture resistant. Thanks!
