is this the bottom plate two shafts in place and five (only use four)holes where screws go through to fasten onto the filler

Hi. This part is for the Double Outlet Filler Unit. There are 2 shafts and 4 holes for 4 thumbscrews, which attach this Pump Cover to the bottom of the Filler Unit. There is no current part for 5 holes for Thumbscrews.
