QUESTION
Can I get this model on rollers? Can it operate on portable propane bottle?

ANSWER
Hi. The item # for the casters is 108709. Yes, this is a gas-powered fryer that does not need hookup to an electrical supply. Thanks! Also, we will get an instruction manual uploaded to the "literature" tab by tomorrow.
