What kind of coating was put on this pan to make it non-stick?

Non-Stick ? Is it teflon ?

This pizza pan is non-stick made of Black Buster coating. The coating is food approved and conductive to even heating and easy cleaning.

Black Buster coating doesn't tell me anything. What makes it non-stick ? Is it teflon ? Yes or No ? If it is , does it have PTFE's ? I have safety concerns. I need to know for certain. Thank you. Nz

is this considered a good quality. iam looking for pizza pans that scratches resistant and last for long time, i used them alot please advise me of what kind should i get?? should i get the aluminum only or the anodized one or this one

Hi. This is great if you want a non-stick pan, but like all non-sticks, they can get scratched if you use metal utensils on it a lot. It depends on what utensils you normally use. If you use a lot of metal, then go for the aluminum ones. |
