I've used a larger baking screen for circa 20 years. I've been on the look-out for pizza baking screens for a couple of years, but they are hard to find in ordinary retail stores. I ordered this smaller size because smaller pizzas might be a better fit for my pizza audience--you know, e.one wants something different. If it proves to be a necessary item, I'll order several more--it would speed up e.one having dinner at roughly the same time. The product arrived perfectly package... not bent, dented, etc., and in a package designed to withstand "modern" package delivery--whatever that means. Wasserstrom turned out to be the easiest and least expensive source from which to order. It seems like a decent purveyor of professional products. Nice that they don't restrict the hoi palloi from ordering too.
