We haven't had it long yet, so I can't speak to how it performs after a lot of use. But, it looks to be very high-quality and I am expecting that it will be great.

These pans cook evenly and consistenly and will not warp even at high heat. They are excellent for making cookies or other baked goods, as they cook so evenly. Items do not stick to them for the most part, although you can use parchment paper if you'd like. I wouldn't recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher as it may cause discoloration and I wouldn't clean with steel wool or any harsh abrasive. I use a green scrubbing sponge and bar keepers friend as needed and they look great. I love these pans! They are a much better deal than any other cookie sheets you can find anywhere else!

Besides cooking, a sturdy tray for many uses. Non-stick surface is easily treated during cooking with low calorie cooking spray.

Love these pans. They are sturdy, easy to clean and fit well into my built in ovens.
You cannot find anything of this high level of quality at a retail store.

I received 2 sheets for Xmas about 7 years ago, and they still look as new now as they did then. I never ran them thru the dishwasher, because the soap would ruin the surface over time. I would highly recommend hand washing them. If anything sticks to it, just let it sit for 30 minutes with hot water and dish soap, and it should clean up in seconds. Don't use a steel scrubby. Probably the last cookie sheet you'll ever buy.

Have only used it a few times but so far so good. Heavy duty. Will never get supermarket non-stick baking pans ever again! Best thing is Wasserstrom customer service. First shipment of 2 pans was packed poorly and dented. A quick email and 2 more were on their way that same day! Great company.
