Question:
Can this pan be used in a residential ovan, or would it be to large?
Answer:
The pan is 18" by 26". Since ovens differ in size I can't say that it will fit in a certain oven.

Does this aluminized steel have a nickel coating or contain nickel in any way? Thank you
Answer:
The manufacturer has nothing stating that there is any nickel in this pan. It is just aluminized steel.

How deep are the holes? I'm thinking off using them for eggs and 1/2 would be deep enough.
Answer:
the indents are 1/2" deep

This specific item is the 15 bun. It has 3 rows of 5 and is the pan that is the pan in front. Thank you. |
