Does glazed mean teflon coated ?
Answer:
I'm sorry, this item was mistakenly labeled as "glazed." The glazed version of this pan is item# 735421. The glazed Chicago Metallic tube cake pans are coated with AMERICOAT PLUS™ Silicone Release Coating. They should be cleaned with a towel when the pan is warm, and should only be washed in water and soap when absolutely necessary.
