Lodge Logic 9-Stick Cast Iron Cornstick Pan

This is our second 9-stick corn stick iron. We are happy with the first one from Lodge-Logic. Before use, it must be cured with Crisco oil brushed on & then set in a 400 degree oven for one hour approximately. Allow to cool. Before putting batter in each time, it must be oiled with a brush to keep batter from sticking. After use, simply wipe with paper towel and store carefully. We wrap ours in parchment paper. Do not wash in detergent.
