We are a commercial bakery and are intending to sell muffin tops. This pan works great. We will order more when we begin production.

Once I found an oven this pan would fit in it worked great . We were able to acomplish a lot of work in a short time .

I purchased this product as a gift, and the person I purchased it for sent it back because it wouldn't fit into her oven. Wish you had the same thing only smaller.

Two plans are shown, one for 24 muffin tops, the other makes 15 muffins...which one is being offered for sale or does it include 2 pans?

Will the pan fit in a 30 inch oven?
Answer:
You need to use a comercial size oven . I bought one without checking and had to use the oven at the church , It worked great .but it's to large for a regular size oven .

Do you use a regular package of muffin mix? I don't know how to fill it? I would like to buy the cast iron muffin top.
Answer:
This muffin top pan uses the same amount of mix that a normal muffin pan would use. You would just fill the cavity mold with about a 1/4 cup of mix and that should be enough. |
