I am a graduate of the Las Vegas Cordon Bleu - Pastry Chef in particular. My Aunt Debby got this for my birthday and I use it in my business all the time! It's great. I even use it at home when I bake for my family!!

Very nice turntable. I like that it slides in and out of the base really easily and has an adjustable pin to reduce any "wiggling" as it is spinning. Very heavy duty and it looks nice on top of that! I teach cake decorating classes and it looks very impressive to have these all lined up for the students. It's a great price point as well.
