QUESTION
What micron size is it rated to. Simply stating "micron sized particles" would typically indicate a single micron. However, you previously stated that that is not the case. Any sized particles can be measured in microns. Could you please state the largest partial size that could pass through the filter?

ANSWER
I contacted the manufacturer and unfortunately they were unable to give me details on the particle size that can pass through this filter.

Where is the metal piece that the filter attaches? I thought it was included.

Item RB22FS/12748 is only the filter bag, the metal frame it hooks onto is sold separately. Please contact Wasserstrom customer service at 1-866-634-8927 to ensure you get the right frame. Thanks!
