Chicago Metallic 40950 Half-Size 14 Gauge Aluminum Sheet Pan
Very good half sheet pan. Sturdy, does not warp (so far), and stays clean. Very well made/thick aluminum baking pan. I have other pans, dark coated. With those I have to watch carefully to avoid burning the bottom of the baked item. This sheet pan cooks very evenly, and predictably. Priced fairly and delivered promptly. Good service from Wasserstrom.

Chicago Metallic 40950 Half-Size 14 Gauge Aluminum Sheet Pan
I purchased this Chicago Metallic half-sheet 14 gauge sheet pan in hopes of obtaining an all purpose sheet pan that won't warp from the heat of my oven. I use my sheet pans primarily for baking and roasting, but I also use them underneath an item in the oven that might spill over. This sheet pan is very strong and so far has not twisted or warped in temperatures up to 425 degrees. However, I am very disappointed with the edging of the pan. It is only partly turned under and the part that remains open has not been finished very smoothly. In fact, it is razor sharp in some spots. For the price, I expected a better quality product. I will not be purchasing this item again.

Chicago Metallic 40950 Half-Size 14 Gauge Aluminum Sheet Pan
I use these pans to bake rolls on a weekly basis and now have four of them. They are great! They heat evenly and then clean up easily. I would recommend these pans to anyone that is serious about baking. Just be careful with the edges, they can be a little sharp to handle.
