NEMCO™ Easy Grill Scraper™
I bought this to clean my Viking rangetop that has a griddle in the middle. This is heavy duty and scrapes off the food very easily. A bit much for my small griddle but it definitely does the job. I can see professional kitchen using this!!

An excellent product for cleaning griddles. Easily and effectively removes burned on food. Easy to change blade a plus. Requires care and common sense to avoid cuts from blade. Wonderful product.
