I have trouble opening my castor sugar shaker

Answer:

Hello, it is possible that the product needs to be soaked in hot water as the sugar can build up over time and make it more difficult to open. A towel, dishwashing glove, or other product can also be used to cover your hand to help assist you in opening it more easily. Thank you!
