What does "glazed" mean? This pan is not non-stick, is it? Many Thanks!
Answer:
Glazed means that it is treated to help your food products be romoved from the pan...it is NOT a non-stick pan but the glazed finished helps.

How do you remove cake with out a loose bottom?
Answer:
The glazed finish allows it to be removed easily. You could use a knife or spatula around the edge to loosen the cake from the pan.
